Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Reports to: Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across various social media platforms. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends to engage audiences, drive conversions, and support the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop, plan, and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand strategy and goals.
- Create engaging multimedia content across social platforms, including images, videos, and text posts.
- Collaborate with marketing, graphic design, and other teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and brand guidelines.
2. Platform Management
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments, messages, and posts in a timely and professional manner.
- Optimize social media accounts for maximum visibility and follower growth.
3. Social Listening & Engagement
- Monitor brand mentions, industry news, and trending topics relevant to the company and industry.
- Actively engage with followers and community members to build a loyal online community.
- Identify and develop partnerships with influencers and brand advocates to boost reach and engagement.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on social media algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
5. Paid Social Campaigns
- Assist in developing and executing paid social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives (e.g., brand awareness, conversions).
6. Brand Consistency
- Ensure that all social media content aligns with the brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of creativity and quality across all social channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media algorithms, and paid advertising.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of web design and content management systems.
- Passion for staying updated on social media trends, tools, and industry news.
- Photography/ Videography Is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position that may require occasional weekend work during campaigns or training launches.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
