Social Media Planner and Overall Admin

Role Overview:
The Social Media Planner and Overall Admin will be responsible for managing the company's online presence and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role involves planning, creating, and executing engaging social media strategies while providing essential support to the management and operations teams. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's brand and goals.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights for improvement.
• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into the company's content strategy.
Administrative Support:
• Maintain and organize company records, schedules, and documentation.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and team-building activities.
• Handle email correspondence and act as a liaison between various departments.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked.
• Support HR with onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and internal communications as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
