Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing Social Media Strategy: Creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals. This involves identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate platforms, and setting specific objectives.

- Content Creation and Curation: Generating engaging and relevant content for various social media channels, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. This may involve collaborating with content creators, designers, and other team members.

- Community Management: Monitoring social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and engaging with the audience in a timely and professional manner. This includes responding to inquiries, addressing customer feedback, and fostering positive interactions.

- Social Media Advertising: Planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives. This involves creating ad creatives, targeting specific audience segments, and optimizing campaign performance to maximize ROI.

- Analytics and Reporting: Tracking key metrics and performance indicators across social media channels to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. This includes analyzing engagement metrics, conversion rates, and audience demographics, and using insights to refine strategies and tactics.

- Influencer Marketing: Identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement on social media. This may involve negotiating partnerships, managing relationships, and tracking campaign performance.

- Social Media Trends and Research: Staying informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Conducting research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive insights and incorporating findings into strategy development.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other teams such as marketing, communications, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of social media initiatives with broader business objectives.

- Crisis Management: Developing protocols and procedures for handling potential social media crises or reputational issues. This includes monitoring for negative sentiment, addressing customer complaints, and implementing damage control measures when necessary.

- Budget Management: Managing budgets allocated for social media marketing activities, including advertising spend, content production costs, and tools/software subscriptions.

- Platform Strategy Development: Crafting tailored strategies for each social media platform based on its specific strengths and audience preferences. This involves understanding the nuances of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, and leveraging them effectively to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.

- Proven track record of successfully executing social media campaigns and driving engagement.

- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Passion for interior design and construction industry trends.

- Graphic Designing Skills
