We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across various platforms.

•Key Responsibilities: •

Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

Create engaging and relevant content tailored to the target audience to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Monitor social media trends, track performance, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.

Manage social media accounts, including posting, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.

Collaborate with other teams (content, design, sales) to ensure consistent brand messaging and objectives.

Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve campaigns.

Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).

Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
