Handle community management, reporting, and performance marketing.\xc2\xb7 Shop Bauhaus: Develop content and strategy, manage weekly store shoots, oversee the content calendar, and perform community management. Analyze performance and implement performance marketing.\xc2\xb7 Photoshoot ideation and executions for all the brands2) Performance Marketing Strategize, Launch, manage, and report on digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and META Ads. Track expenses, send digital invoices to Finance, and analyze post-campaign performance with actionable insights.3) Mall social media & Updates: Adapt content for new collections and promotional offers for boutique brands including Coccinelli, Z&V, UGS, Wilson, Manolo Blahnik, Salomon, Furla, SJP, Temperley, Sergio Rossi, and Bauhaus. Manage social media content and updates for the mall website and apps.4) Social Media Strategy & Analytics: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and tailor content strategies accordingly. Measure and report on social media performance, effectiveness, and ROI.5) Community Management: Engage with customers and audiences across various platforms, handle both positive and negative feedback professionally, and foster a positive online community. Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and follow-ups.6) Content Calendar & Scheduling: Create and maintain a content calendar for each brand, ensuring timely publication and alignment with marketing plans. Manage scheduling and ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand messaging across all platforms.7) Event Coverage & Reporting: Capture, edit and promote showroom activities, sales stories, and events through social media. Visit showrooms as needed for content creation and report on performance metrics. Knowledge and usage of social media reporting platforms, such as TRAACKR. Social media listening tool such as HOOTSUITE8) Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
