Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience.
-Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (including text, images, videos, and infographics references) for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
-Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
-Coordinate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.
-Monitor and manage potential issues on social media, providing timely and appropriate responses to protect the brand's reputation.
-Experience in Digital advertising is a plus
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, SEO, and content optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
- 2+ years of experience within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and collaboration.
- Experience in Real Estate related social media accounts is a plus.
