  • Position Overview:
A Social Media Marketing Manager is a senior-level role responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive social media marketing strategies for a company or organization. They provide strategic direction, manage a team of social media specialists, and drive results-oriented initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic social media marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives, brand identity, and target audience demographics.
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive bench marking to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, coordinators, and content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Delegate tasks, set performance expectations, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
Content Strategy and Creation:
  • Develop engaging and relevant content strategies for social media channels, including content calendars, editorial calendars, and campaign themes.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content, including posts, videos, graphics, and articles, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Platform Management:
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Community Engagement and Customer Service:

Paid Advertising and Promotion:

  • Set campaign objectives, target audience criteria, and budget allocation, analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track, measure, and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs, generating regular reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for continuous improvement and optimization of social media marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, product management, and sales, to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives and integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
