Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with expertise in Meta Ads and Content Writing. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in handling social media campaigns, running targeted ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Create, optimize, and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to maximize ROI.

Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve ad effectiveness.

Write compelling and SEO-friendly content for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials.

Plan and schedule engaging posts across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing reports on campaign performance.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality visuals for social media content.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, Meta Ads, and content writing.

Proven experience in running successful Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

Strong understanding of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and budget management.

Excellent content writing skills with experience in creating engaging social media copy.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
