Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive - Emirati NationalLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesPackage: up to 12,000 AED per month, plus benefitsI\'m currently supporting a global hospitality group, headquartered regionally out of Dubai, with their search for an Emirati Social Media Marketing Executive.The group operate predominantly within the luxury serviced apartment/accommodation space, and they truly do have a global footprint - operating within circa 40 countries, across 5 different continents.Youl will be reporting directly into the Director of Marketing, whilst being part of a wider marketing team of 4.In short, we\'re looking for a dynamic and creative UAE national / Emirati, to join our regional marketing team. As our regional social media champion you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing online communities, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement.*** Please note that only Emiratis/UAE Nationals can be considered for this opening ***What we\'re looking for:
Content Creation: Develop innovative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Content should align with brand identity and target audience.
Community Management: Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social media channels promptly and professionally. Foster positive relationships with our online community and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand visibility, drive traffic to our website, and ultimately boost bookings and revenue. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, photographers, and other stakeholders to coordinate content creation, scheduling, and posting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and promotions.
Social Media Trends: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth and propose strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of our social media efforts. Prepare regular reports summarizing performance insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
What you\'ll need:
Bachelor\'s Degree or Master\'s Degree in Marketing or Hospitality.
Social Media community knowledge / management, aware of marketing and PR best practices, writing for advertising and media.
Good Interpersonal skills, self-motivated, ability to work in a team, attention to detail and adhere to deadlines.
Good Communication skills, ability to communicate and write well.
