SparksLab Technology is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. We are particularly looking for a female candidate who has a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies within the technology industry in the UAE. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance our social media presence, engaging with a diverse audience through compelling content and strategic campaigns that highlight our innovative products and services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality published content (including images, videos, and written content) across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, listen to and engage with followers, and respond to inquiries and feedback in a timely manner to cultivate leads and sales.
  • Analyze key social media metrics and generate detailed reports to inform and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments (such as product development, customer service, etc.) to manage online reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate strategic actions.
  • Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the design of social media assets (e.g., Facebook cover photos, profile pictures, and blog layouts).
  • Design, create, and manage promotions and social media ad campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and leverage them to enhance our online presence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing within the technology industry in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated creativity and immersion in social media with a strong portfolio of content development and management.
  • Proficiency in content marketing theory and application, including content sourcing and publishing.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective users (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and how each platform can be utilized in different scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
