Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Oversee and manage all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and implement creative content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Regularly monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and potential clients.
• Content Creation & Design:
• Design eye-catching posts, stories, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photos for digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead Generation:
• Create and execute lead-generation campaigns to attract potential clients.
• Utilize analytics to track campaign performance and optimize results.
• Website Management:
• Maintain and update the company website with fresh, relevant, and engaging content.
• Optimize the website for SEO to improve visibility and lead generation.
• Paid Advertising:
• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Monitor ad performance, budgets, and ROI to ensure optimal results.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track key performance metrics across social media, website, and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights to improve marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. Real Estate background preferred.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or similar.
• Experience with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO and website management (WordPress or similar platforms).
• Strong communication and creative skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
