We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Marketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a flair for social media, skilled in creating property photos and videos, and eager to contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote our properties and attract potential clients.
• Property Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties for advertising purposes. Ensure that each visual accurately represents the property's features and enhances its marketability.
• Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials including property videos, photo galleries, and virtual tours to showcase listings effectively.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive lead generation.
• Website Management: Update and maintain property listings on the company website, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects the property.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics and website performance to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and provide insightful reports.
• Client Coordination: Work with real estate agents and clients to schedule property shoots, gather essential information, and ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
• Administrative Support: Provide general support to the marketing team, including organizing files, preparing reports, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in marketing, particularly within the real estate sector, with a strong background in social media management and content creation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms, video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop), and basic knowledge of website management tools.
• Creativity: Ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content that highlights property features and appeals to potential buyers.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate and of the highest quality.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
