As a creative agency, we work with a diverse range of clients to deliver brand activations, event management, digital marketing, and tailored solutions. We're seeking a talented Social Media / Community Manager to join our Dubai office, focusing on client account management and campaign execution across various brands.

•Position Overview:•

The Social Media / Community Manager will work across multiple client accounts, managing and executing social media campaigns, community engagement, and performance-driven marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with each client to amplify brand presence, drive targeted engagement, and achieve measurable results through strategic content and paid campaigns.

•Key Responsibilities:•

Social Media Campaign Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies for various client accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Plan, schedule, and post content across accounts in alignment with each brand's objectives and target audience.
• Engage actively with followers across client profiles, responding to comments, and fostering a positive community on behalf of each brand.
• Work with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content specific to each client.
• Track and report on social media performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their social presence.

Community Management Across Client Accounts

• Build and manage online communities for various clients, initiating meaningful conversations and engaging their target audiences.
• Develop and curate content that aligns with each client's brand voice and community goals, fostering engagement and loyalty.
• Partner with influencers, collaborators, and other brands for cross-promotional activities and community growth.
• Address and resolve community concerns or inquiries professionally, maintaining the voice and values of each client.

Performance Marketing

• Plan and manage paid social campaigns across client accounts, focusing on lead generation, conversions, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, targeting, and placements, refining campaigns based on client goals and audience insights.
• Analyze performance data and provide clients with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, applying best practices to keep client strategies competitive.

•Requirements:•

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and performance marketing, preferably within an agency or client-focused environment.
• Proficient in social media analytics, campaign tracking, and performance analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices for various industries.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across different accounts.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• A results-driven mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.

•Nice-to-Have:•

• Experience in digital marketing practices, including SEO and SEM.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools.
