Social Media Management
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently to maintain an active online presence.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) to optimize strategies.
• Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries to foster community engagement.
• Basic Knowledge or experience related to photography and videography
Graphic Design & Content Creation
• Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics, videos, and animations for social media posts and stories.
• Create templates for posts, stories, and ads to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and branding team to design promotional materials, including banners, flyers, and email visuals.
• Produce engaging multimedia content (GIFs, carousels, reels) to boost audience interaction.
• Edit photos and videos to enhance their quality and align them with the campaign's goals.
Campaign Management & Strategy
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Track and optimize ad performance, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and budgets.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand visibility.
• Plan seasonal and event-based campaigns, leveraging graphic design for promotions.
• Research competitors and industry leaders to identify gaps and opportunities.
Brand Development & Creativity
• Maintain and evolve the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and follower growth.
• Adapt designs and strategies for culturally relevant trends and moments.
• Experiment with innovative approaches, like user-generated content or interactive features.
Team Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and marketing teams for content production.
• Train and guide team members on social media tools, best practices, and graphic design trends.
• Assist with other marketing efforts, including website updates and email campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
