Social Media Manager - ZB Creative

ZB Creative is a cutting-edge digital video production agency specializing in storytelling, content creation, and brand growth. We help businesses elevate their online presence through high-quality, engaging social media content. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and manage the social media accounts of our clients, ensuring impactful online visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple client accounts. Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, captions) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth and engagement. Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media tools. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth for each client. Work closely with the creative and video production team to align content with brand goals. Coordinate with clients to ensure their vision and messaging align with social media efforts. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and areas of improvement. Research industry trends and competitor strategies to keep client content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency setting. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Excellent content writing and editing skills. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
