We are currently looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team in a dual role as a Social Media Manager and Website Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both our online presence and digital operations.

As our Social Media Manager & Website Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and maintaining our website to ensure optimal performance and content. You will play a key role in increasing engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and maintaining a seamless user experience on our website.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Operations:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). must be professional photography & editing to post on social media.

Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels to generate leads for a company.

Monitor social media trends and use analytics tools to assess performance.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns.

Track and report on social media performance metrics.

Website Maintenance:

Manage and update company website content regularly, ensuring it remains current and relevant.

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring it runs smoothly.

Optimize website performance, including speed, functionality, and user experience.

Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.

Work with web development teams to ensure the website's technical aspects are up to date.

Monitor and update website analytics to improve user experience and conversions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing social media platforms and website administration.

Strong knowledge of social media best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).

Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

Basic understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Graphic design and content creation skills are a plus.

A keen eye for detail and creativity.
