About Us:

Rukn Al Maha is a known and reputable ladies salon dedicated to quality of service and customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with expertise in video design, post design, and story design to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

- Design engaging and on-brand video content, social media posts, and stories for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

- Develop visual content that aligns with the company's marketing strategy and campaign goals.

- Create compelling graphics, animations, and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design software.

2. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across all social media platforms.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.

3. Community Management:

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and manage online communities.

- Foster positive interactions and build relationships with the audience.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media activities.

- Use insights to inform future content and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, content creators, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.

6. Stay Current:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

- Continuously explore new ways to enhance the company's social media presence.

•Qualifications:•

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing video design, post design, and story design skills.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.

- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

•Preferred Qualifications:•

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

- Experience in the saloon & restaurant is a plus
