Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Good command of written and spoken Russian & English is a must.
Proven experience or strong interest in content creation, preferably in the real estate industry.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and multimedia software for content creation.
An interest in photography and videography is desirable, but not required.
Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of social media strategies, ability to measure social media insights.
Basic knowledge of paid & organic targets.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Portfolio or examples of previous content creation projects, if available.
What do we expect you to do?
Assist the Content Creator in developing high-quality, engaging, and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. This may include writing articles, blog posts, social media posts, property descriptions, newsletters, press releases, and other written materials.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and videos that enhance our digital marketing efforts.
Assist with on-site photography and videography activities, including preparing equipment, setting up shots, and capturing images and videos of properties and agents, editing videos. Learn and develop photography and videography skills to contribute to the content creation process.
Conduct market research to identify trends, keywords, and topics relevant to our target audience. Assist in gathering data and information necessary for content creation, such as property details, market statistics, and industry insights.
Assist in managing and curating content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Measure social media insights, monitor engagement, respond to comments, and contribute to building an active online community.
Support the coordination of content distribution through various channels, such as our website, blog, social media platforms, email newsletters, and external platforms. Assist in scheduling and publishing content to ensure timely delivery.
Review and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand guidelines. Assist in maintaining a high level of professionalism and error-free content.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and real estate.
