We at Serdar Properties are looking for a talented and experienced

Arabic and English-speaking

Social Media Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and establish a strong online presence for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Write compelling, engaging, and high-converting content in

English and Arabic

for posts, videos, and other social media formats.

Work closely with the graphic designer and videographer to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals and videos.

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy specifically tailored to the Dubai real estate market.

Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Oversee and guide the media team's daily tasks, ensuring timely delivery of content.

Plan and schedule content calendars in advance aligned with our sales and marketing goals.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and real estate marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management within the real estate industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing successful real estate social media campaigns and content.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent copywriting and content creation skills in both languages.

Experience in leading and managing a creative team (graphic designer & videographer).

Deep understanding of the Dubai property market and buyer personas.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Proficient in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools, analytics tools).

Creative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
