The Role Our client a Financial Remittance Organisation is currently looking to hire for their team. The candidate will lead efforts to boost the industry presence and deepen customer engagement through strategic social media and PR campaigns. Herebelow are duties that are not limited to the below. Strategic Communication Develop and execute PR strategies for enhanced brand visibility and industry reputation. Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging across PR channels. Content Development Create engaging content, including articles, press releases, blog posts, and LinkedIn content. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages. Media Relations Foster strong relationships with key media outlets across digital, print, and broadcast platforms. Proactively secure positive media coverage for company initiatives and partnerships. Monitoring and Reporting Monitor industry trends and market dynamics for thought leadership opportunities. Prepare regular reports on PR campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement. Event Management Plan and execute PR events and product launches to enhance company profile. Coordinate with internal teams for maximum impact on public image. Social Media Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with company goals. Identify target demographics and create audience-specific campaigns. Create engaging content for various platforms and monitor channels for timely responses. Manage social media advertising budget effectively for maximum ROI. Utilize data-driven tools for monitoring campaign analytics and making recommendations. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including Customer Education & Awareness standards.
Requirements
Proven PR and social media experience, preferably in Banking/ Remittance or financial services Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail Strong grasp of social media platforms and best practices Proficient in social media and PR management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software Creative thinker adept at tailoring engaging content for diverse audiences Innovative PR idea generation capabilities Strong analytical skills for optimizing strategies based on data. Ability to thrive under pressure Proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with media and industry stakeholders
