We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager for our fashion brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate sales. You will play a key role in creating compelling content, managing our social media platforms, and implementing paid advertising campaigns to reach our target audience. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with brand objectives and drive growth across all relevant platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Create high-quality and engaging content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written copy, that showcases our products and brand identity.
Conceptualize and produce creative reels, stories, and other interactive content formats to enhance user engagement and follower interaction.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring that content aligns with brand aesthetic and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rate, reach, and conversion rate, and use data-driven insights to inform content decisions and campaign optimizations.
Manage social media advertising budgets and develop targeted paid ad campaigns to reach specific demographics, drive traffic to our website, and increase sales.
Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other strategic partners to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and engaging community.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong creative skills with the ability to ideate and execute visually compelling content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with photography, videography, and editing software is a plus.
