Social Media Manager Based IN Dubai.

As a Social Media Manager specializing in the ecommerce/gaming industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy. We\'re looking for a creative individual who understands the unique dynamics of our industry, can connect with our target audience, and can leverage social media to drive engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately, business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives for the [e-commerce/gaming] sector.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our approach remains innovative and competitive.
• Content Creation and Curation:

• Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our audience, emphasizing product highlights, promotions, and industry-related topics.
• Curate user-generated content and leverage it to enhance the brand\'s authenticity and community engagement.
• Community Management:

• Foster and grow a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.
• Campaign Execution:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
• Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key social media metrics.
• Provide regular insights into the performance of social media initiatives, with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a focus on the [ecommerce/gaming] industry.
• A passion for and understanding of ecommerce or gaming trends, culture, and consumer behavior.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Fluency in English. Urdu/Hindi speaker preferred.
