In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will enhance their online presence, engage with their target audiences, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Develop, implement and manage social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Create and publish compelling and engaging content that drives traffic, increases brand awareness and engagement for our clients.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, changes, and best practices.
Regularly initiating new highly strategic, innovative & creative campaign ideas for clients.
Track and analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategy and campaigns.
Work closely with the content team & Director of Social to align social media strategy and ensure flawless implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, media, and performance to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Experience Required:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
5+ years of experience in social media management.
Extensive experience in GCC, managing and developing global accounts, and leading teams across diverse markets..
Demonstrated experience managing social media campaigns across various platforms.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative and strategic thinker.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in social media management tools such as Emplifi, Sprout & TalkWalker
