Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and online engagement. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads through social media channels

Responsibility :

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Create engaging content (posts, tweets, stories, reels, etc.) that resonates with our target audience

- Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

- Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, etc.) to optimize content and campaigns

- Run social media ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to drive website traffic and generate leads

- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Customer Service) to ensure brand consistency

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Proven track record of success in social media marketing

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation

- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)

- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

- Certification in social media marketing (Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.)
