The Role

Join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai as a Social Media Manager, where you'll play a vital role in shaping and promoting our brand across various digital platforms. This position calls for a creative individual who is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for trends, and possesses excellent communication skills. Your primary goal will be to enhance our online presence and engage with our customer base effectively, driving leads and fostering relationships within the real estate community. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. - Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across all social media channels. - Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly to improve results. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall promotional campaigns. - Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions to foster a vibrant online presence. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategy innovative and relevant. - Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in our social media practices.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate. - Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences, especially Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and LinkedIn. - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity. - Experience with social media analytics tools to measure performance and drive strategy. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines. - Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Candidate must be based in Dubai, UAE
