Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Social Media Manager
to develop and execute impactful social media strategies for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, campaign management, content creation, analytics, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and an excellent communicator with a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategies & Campaigns
Collaborate with strategy team to align brand and social strategies with client goals.
Develop and implement social media rollout plans and creative strategies.
Manage campaigns, create briefs, coordinate with creative team, and monitor performance.
Monthly Plans & Content Distribution
Align with client on content focus areas and plan monthly content distribution.
Recommend boosting and budget allocations, leverage storytelling, and prepare briefs.
Share, review, and update content calendars, ensuring timely scheduling.
Coordinate on-ground content creation, secure resources, and finalize deliverables.
Analytics & Reporting
Provide and review weekly reports; conduct sentiment and competitor analysis.
Prepare monthly scorecards, post-campaign reports, and present findings as needed.
Content Creators
Brief on content creator deliverables, gather client feedback, secure approvals, and manage payments.
Handle vendor registrations, PO generation, and coordinate with finance for payment processing.
Community Management & Day-to-Day
Support community management by addressing flagged questions and ad-hoc postings.
Manage assets, conduct daily client, and team alignment, and ensure channel health.

Qualifications & Experience:
6+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Automotive experience is a plus!
Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, audience behavior, and platform-specific best practices, especially for Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Proven ability to create viral content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and generates leads.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills in English and Arabic.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Emplifi, Hootsuite, or similar) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, TikTok's built-in editor).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapidly changing trends.
A strategic mindset, a creative flair, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of social media marketing.
Experience collaborating with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce compelling social-first content.

Experience with influencer marketing platforms and strategies.
Familiarity with emerging social media platforms and technologies.
A strong personal brand and active presence on social media.
