As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across our social media platforms. You'll engage with our community, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our listings. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, a passion for real estate, and a keen eye for digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and schedule content (images, videos, and posts) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. Engage with followers, respond to messages, and maintain a positive online presence. Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably in real estate or related fields). Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.
