We are looking for a

Social Media Manager

to join our dynamic team and elevate our digital presence through innovative content, strategic planning, and impactful campaigns-- someone who has a keen interest and experience in the perfumery, beauty, and lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities



# Content Creation and Video Production



Develop and execute creative and engaging social media content, including short and long-form videos. Oversee all stages of video production, from ideation to editing, ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic and values. Utilize advanced video editing tools to produce high-quality visuals that captivate our audience. Oversee and create the content posted on social media, including caption and artwork content, with the help of the available teams.

# Social Media Strategy and Management



Craft and implement social media strategies to grow real followers, engagement, and reach across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Increase social media followers and engagement as a key responsibility by optimizing content strategies and utilizing growth tactics. Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and trends to optimize content visibility and performance. Check if the platforms are under the influence of any blacklisting, take measures to remove them from such blacklists. Find influencers who can help boost our brand visibility across the GCC (and beyond in the near future).

# Analytics and Reporting



Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure success and identify improvement areas. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

# Team Leadership and Collaboration



Lead the social media team, ensuring tasks are aligned with the overall marketing objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and e-commerce, to align social media efforts with business goals.

# Community Management



Foster engagement with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities. Monitor brand mentions and conversations to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or retail sector. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively. Expertise in video content creation, video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut), and a strong aesthetic sense. Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar). Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Pinterest, and other social platforms). Familiarity with paid social media campaigns is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
