Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
Create and oversee social media content.
Create weekly social media calendars for all brands.
Source, create, and publish timely social media content to educate various audiences about key Sarya activities and its brands.
Create visual text and imagery concepts by hand or using computer software relevant to the brand for social media.
Use social media to drive awareness of and traffic to stores and e-commerce portals.
Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Shoot, edit, and create graphics for social video content.
Report on activities, including insights which help shape and drive content moving forward.
Be creative and develop engaging social media content that's aligned with the company brand.
Schedule content for automated posting on platforms such as Planoly.
Analyze trends and be up to date with current affairs to create content.
Batch create content based on the content calendar.
Crisis Management: Manage crises and negative feedback on social media platforms.
Engagement and Community Management: Respond to comments and messages promptly to engage with followers and build a community around the brand.
Platform-Specific Strategies: Develop strategies tailored to each social media platform to maximize reach and engagement.
Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor social media ad campaigns, optimizing them based on performance metrics.
SEO and Content Integration: Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate social media strategies with search engine optimization efforts.
Cross-Platform Coordination: Ensure that content and messaging are consistent across all social media platforms and align with other marketing channels.
Analytics and Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable and not camera shy to appear in video content, live streams, and other media as needed.
Skills
Strong time management

Proficient with camera gears
Video filming/Photography experience
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
Good understanding of Social Media KPI's
