Location: Dubai, UAE Company: WUPP Media UK Job Timing: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM Salary: 4,500 - 5,000 AED per month Availability: Immediate Joiners Only Visa Requirement: Candidates must have their own visa

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our Dubai office and take our online presence to the next level! If you are a crypto-savvy social media expert with a passion for digital trends, engagement strategies, and community building, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute result-driven social media strategies across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, TikTok, and YouTube. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, GIFs, memes) to drive engagement and audience growth. Monitor trends in crypto, blockchain, and digital finance to produce relevant, timely, and engaging content. Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising strategies, to maximize brand awareness and conversions. Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful interactions with followers. Track and analyze key social media metrics, optimize performance, and generate reports on audience engagement and campaign effectiveness. Stay ahead of the latest social media algorithms, platform updates, and best practices to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

4-5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the digital marketing, media, or blockchain sector. 2-3 years of crypto industry experience--must have deep knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 trends. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content. Experience running successful social media ad campaigns and influencer collaborations. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust strategies for optimal performance. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends and priorities.
