Your Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you will work closely with Sam Oakes, a prominent finfluencer and the current host of the Apple Top 10 Podcast, Financial Planner Life, who is also spearheading our new YouTube channel and podcast for Hoxton. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with Chris Ball, CEO and a renowned leader of change in the international financial planning space, who has led Hoxton to amass nearly $2 billion in assets under management in just six years. You will be personally managing their social media brands and enhancing their online presence, playing a pivotal role in our communications and marketing strategy.



Key Responsibilities:

Craft and implement content strategies for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Facebook communities, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.



Increase engagements across all platforms through proactive commenting and posting engaging content.



Help create the content that gets posted across these platforms.



Add new people to engage with on these platforms to expand our network.



Arrange and reach out to podcasts and other media sites to secure appearances for Chris Ball and Sam Oakes.



Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to refine and optimize our digital presence continually.

Ideal Candidate:

Based in Dubai with proven experience in social media management, ideally within financial services.



Extensive experience with podcast and YouTube content creation, as well as managing social media platforms like Facebook, Facebook communities, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.



Highly organized, creative, with a keen eye for detail and a strong growth mindset.



Background in financial planning is highly desirable.
