Elegant Hoopoe Slimming Center is seeking an experienced and expert Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on Snapchat and TikTok. Other social media platforms like Meta, Instagram, and Facebook are also important but secondary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, with a primary focus on Snapchat and TikTok.
• Create engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our brand and business goals.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement, prioritizing Snapchat and TikTok.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimize content for each platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics and insights.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the health, wellness, or beauty industry.
• Expertise in managing and advertising on Snapchat and TikTok is essential.
• Strong knowledge of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
• Experience with Meta, Instagram, and Facebook is also required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
