We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Fabulish Cosmetics, focusing on our hair products division. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a vibrant community around our hair care products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with marketing objectives for our hair products division.
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to community members in a timely manner while cultivating relationships and fostering positive brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and customer service to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional activities.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in related field.
• Proven work experience 5 to 7 years as a Social Media Manager or similar role ,preferably within the cosmetics industry with a focus on hair care products .
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Knowledge of photography, video editing, and graphic design principles.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
