Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance Vybinex Digital Solutions' online presence and that of our clients. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can craft engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and drive social media initiatives that align with overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Content Creation:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
• Community Management:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to support marketing objectives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools to measure the success of social media activities and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, such as content, design, and SEO, to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing.
• Partner with influencers and industry leaders to expand reach and build brand credibility.
• Client Interaction:
• Communicate with clients to understand their social media needs and objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress and performance of their social media campaigns.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, values, and guidelines.
• Maintain consistency across all social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
