We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for design, and a knack for storytelling. This role involves managing our social media accounts, developing content, and engaging with our audience to build a strong online presence and drive brand awareness.
Responsibilities
• Strategy Development : Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and target audience.
• Content Creation : Produce high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform.
• Scheduling and Posting : Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent presence across all channels.
• Community Engagement : Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports to inform future strategies.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
• Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a related industry.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills :
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
