Social Media Manager (Female) Duties & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Create and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals. \xc2\xb7 Plan and schedule posts across various social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting. \xc2\xb7 Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly. \xc2\xb7 Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content. \xc2\xb7 Track key performance metrics such as likes, shares, comments, followers, and engagement rates. \xc2\xb7 Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Prepare regular reports to summarize performance and suggest improvements. \xc2\xb7 Manage and run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired outcomes. \xc2\xb7 Handle negative feedback, comments, and potential PR crises on social media. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and resolve issues. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with the content creation team to ensure alignment with the social media strategy. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to integrate social media efforts with broader company goals. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Adapt strategies to incorporate new trends and technologies. \xc2\xb7 Conduct research to understand the target audience\'s preferences and behaviors. \xc2\xb7 Use insights to tailor content and engagement strategies. \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote specific products, services, or events. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with other marketing efforts to ensure a cohesive strategy. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Web Team and Creative team for graphics and videos. \xc2\xb7 Edit creatives (photos and videos) as required.
