Responsibilities:
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the companys brand.
  • Post text, video and images that engage the companys target market, follow online conversations on a companys social media accounts and solve customer concerns using social media platforms.
  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the companys social media accounts
  • Analysing the companys digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the companys marketing activities.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaigns performance against the KPIs
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Min: 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • BSc/BTech degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Preferred experiences in HTML, JAVA and C++
  • should know to work on some editing software in which they can edit as per the needs.
  • Should know how to make a content calendar.
  • Should know how to run campaigns for lead generation purposes- Campaign management.
  • Community Engagement- should know how to monitor and manage conversations on social platforms.
  • Analytics and reporting- Using tools to track performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth and conversion rates.
  • Creating Influencer partnerships based on sector.
Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Technology: Computer skills, skills in using social media platforms and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position.
  • Time management: Skill to organizing tasks to meet deadlines is essential for this professional role.
