Analysing the companys digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the companys marketing activities.
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaigns performance against the KPIs
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Qualifications:
Min: 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills

Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
BSc/BTech degree in Marketing or relevant field
Preferred experiences in HTML, JAVA and C++

Should know how to run campaigns for lead generation purposes- Campaign management.
Community Engagement- should know how to monitor and manage conversations on social platforms.
Analytics and reporting- Using tools to track performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth and conversion rates.
Creating Influencer partnerships based on sector.
Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
