As a Social Media Manager for our brand, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, engagement, and customer interaction across various social media platforms. Working closely with our marketing agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Responsibilities:1. Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing agency to create a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall brand and marketing goals.
Ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative by staying ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
2. Content Creation:
Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, that resonate with our target audience.
Coordinate with the marketing agency and internal creative teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across all social media channels.
3. Platform Management:
Manage and optimize the brand\'s presence on major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive and interactive online community.
4. Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing agency to execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations with influencers and partners.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs.
5. Audience Engagement:
Foster a sense of community among followers by encouraging user-generated content, conducting polls, and initiating conversations.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and overall brand presence.
Provide detailed reports to the marketing agency, highlighting key performance indicators and proposing strategies for improvement.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing agency to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and customer support, to ensure a unified brand message.
8. Detailed Reports to Management:Weekly Performance Reports:
Summarize key engagement metrics, follower growth, and top-performing content.
Provide insights into the success of ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
Monthly Analytics Review:
Present a comprehensive overview of social media performance, including reach, impressions, and audience demographics.
Analyze the impact of campaigns on website traffic, conversions, and sales.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular competitor analyses, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Provide recommendations based on competitor trends and industry benchmarks.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the fashion or streetwear industry.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong creative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
