Job Title : Part-Time Social Media Manager and Content Creator

FreddyClassics Barbershop is seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media, a knack for creating engaging content, and a keen interest in the grooming and beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation : Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) that showcases our services, barbers, and customer experiences.
• Social Media Management : Manage and maintain our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
• Content Scheduling : Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure a steady stream of content.
• Community Engagement : Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community around our brand.
• Analytics and Reporting : Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve our strategies.
• Campaigns and Promotions : Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and foot traffic to the barbershop.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills (photography, videography, graphic design).
• Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passion for the grooming and beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work part-time with a flexible schedule.

Compensation :Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Note : This position does not include residence. Candidates must have their own accommodation in Dubai.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Experience:

• Social Media Manager and Creator Content: 3 years (Preferred)
