About the Role:

As our Social Media Intern, you'll play a key role in amplifying our brand's voice and connecting with our audience across multiple platforms. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 desk job--we believe in flexibility. You'll have the freedom to work remotely but will be encouraged to spend time in the office (especially at the start) to collaborate, learn the ropes, and create amazing content with our marketing team and founder.

What You'll Do:

•Content Creation:•

• Craft engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Facebook.
• Utilize content creation skills using Canva or Adobe Suite, CapCut etc. while collaborating with the marketing team to design graphics, videos, reels, and stories that showcase our brand in innovative ways.
• Capture on-site photos and videos (when in-office) to create authentic, behind-the-scenes content.

•Social Media Management:•

• Help manage and monitor our social media accounts, ensuring timely posting and active engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions with a friendly and professional tone.
• Plan and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent content flow.

•Campaign Support:•

• Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns that captivate our audience.
• Assist in executing contests, promotions, and other interactive marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on influencer partnerships and community engagement activities.

•Analytics and Strategy:•

• Dive into analytics tools to track performance metrics like engagement, reach, and growth.
• Generate regular reports with actionable insights and ideas for optimization.
• Research social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh.

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for social media and an eye for creativity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a playful yet professional tone.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools--bonus points if you've already worked with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite as well as video editing apps.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for spotting trends and deriving insights from data.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in social media or community management (even personal projects) is a plus.
