Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Management Intern to assist in managing social media pages for various clients, coordinating video shoots, and organizing content creation projects. The intern will play a key role in developing engaging content, ensuring timely execution of shoots, and supporting overall social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities :1. Social Media Management :
• Assist in managing social media accounts for multiple clients, including content planning, scheduling, and posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas to enhance brand visibility.
• Track and report social media analytics, providing insights for future content optimization.
2. Content Creation Coordination :
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content ideas (videos, reels, static posts) aligned with each client's brand voice and goals.
• Help in brainstorming and planning video concepts for shoots, focusing on creating visually appealing and trendy content.
• Source and organize content assets, such as images, videos, and testimonials, for social media posts.
3. Video Shoot Coordination :
• Coordinate video shoots with clients, videographers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule.
• Organize logistics, including location scouting, scheduling, and managing the flow of the video shoot day.
• Assist during the shoot by handling production tasks, such as setting up equipment, managing props, and overseeing shot lists.
• Maintain communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met throughout the shoot process.
4. Client Coordination :
• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding content creation needs, approvals, and feedback.
• Schedule meetings, gather necessary information from clients, and ensure all deliverables are aligned with their social media goals.
• Provide updates and progress reports on content and shoot schedules.
5. Organizational Tasks :
• Maintain an organized content calendar for each client, ensuring all posts, shoots, and edits are completed on time.
• Keep track of project timelines, shoot dates, and deliverables, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
6. Content Strategy Support :
• Collaborate with the social media team to support the execution of content strategies, including campaign planning and hashtag research.
• Analyze the performance of social media campaigns, offering suggestions for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Strong interest in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of video production processes, including planning, shooting, and editing.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Any experience in managing social media accounts or content creation is a plus.
