Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms including but not limited to creating original text and video content and managing posts daily.
Develop monthly social media content calendar across all outlets.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling of social media posts across all outlets.
Liaise with copyrighter in relation to copy completion of content calendars and ensure deadlines are being met.
Develop strong month to month content strategy based on business needs, content requirements and social media trends.
Generate live in-venue Instagram coverage and stories on ad-hoc basis.
Attend new launches and events as part of social media team on ad-hoc basis.
Keep abreast of all details pertaining to daily, weekly, and upcoming activations within outlets in order to convey correct information to the public via social media.
Observe competitor social media accounts and analyze engagement rates and content trends within the industry.
Analyze social media reports and implement specific objectives based on previous months statistics & insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and monitor strategic PR & direct marketing initiatives (emailer campaigns, ads).
