We are looking for Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive online traffic. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Content Creation:
• Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and maintains a consistent tone and style.
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience in a timely manner.
• Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities are integrated with other marketing efforts.
• Community Engagement:
• Build and nurture relationships with social media influencers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in online conversations and events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Staying Updated:
• Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously explore new opportunities to enhance social media presence and engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
