We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to elevate our brand's online presence and drive growth through strategic campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

Run & Optimize Meta Ads Campaigns:

Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, audience targeting, and ad copy. Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL), and adjust strategies accordingly. Retarget and remarket to engaged audiences for better conversions.

Manage & Grow Social Media Channels:

Oversee platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Plan & Create Engaging Content:

Develop high-performing posts, reels, stories, and video content tailored to each platform.

Stay Ahead of Social Media Trends:

Leverage the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes to boost organic and paid engagement.

Community Engagement:

Interact with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build a strong online brand presence.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track social media and ad campaign performance, generating insights to refine strategies.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in social media management and paid advertising (Meta Ads required). Experience in iGaming, crypto, or blockchain is a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, & Twitter Ads. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and higher ROI. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
