Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
• Identify target audiences and create plans to engage them effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored for each social media platform.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all channels.
• Plan and manage a social media content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster positive relationships with followers.
• Build and nurture online communities to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve future performance.
• Advertising and Campaigns:
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives.
• Optimize ad performance by monitoring key metrics and making data-driven adjustments.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to execute campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
Preferred Skills
• Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Creative Skills: Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SEO and how social media contributes to broader marketing strategies.
• Experience with video editing tools and content production.

• Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
