Hands-on on updating Google My Business account.
Community Management & Engagement
Actively
engage with followers
by responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant industry personalities.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in collaboration with the customer service team.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media insights.
Provide
monthly performance reports
with key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
A/B test content formats, posting times, and engagement strategies for continuous optimization.
Paid Social & Collaborations
Assist in planning and executing
paid social media campaigns
in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and content creators to enhance brand credibility and reach.
