We're looking for a skilled and creative social media executive to join our team at First Point Communications, Dubai.
As a social media executive, you will work collaboratively with our Client Consultants. You will also manage our clients social media presence, create and execute strategies and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness. You should be able to lead and manage digital campaigns to nurture their brand's online visibility -- from ideation to final execution and analysis.

Objectives of this role
Work closely with Client Consultants to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Snapchat.
Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
Your tasks
Monitor our clients social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our clients and drive engagement.
Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences.
Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Required skills and qualifications
Excellent Arabic and English writing, presentation and communication skills.
Experience of at least two (2) years in digital marketing, content writing, web design and social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn).
Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
Knowledge of social media management tools (like Buffer and Hootsuite).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
