Job Title: Social Media Executive
Overview:
We're seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to drive our online presence and boost our brand's engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can craft compelling content, interact with our community, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our social media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand's goals. Content Creation: Produce, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, posts) that resonates with our audience. Community Management: Monitor, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community. Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing efforts. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven 3 years of experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and current digital trends. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus. Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
