We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, marketing efforts, and sales. Additionally, you will design engaging photos and videos, and contribute innovative ideas to boost our brand's reach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create visually appealing photos and videos tailored to different social media platforms.
• Generate and curate engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that utilize social media.
• Engage with our online community and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, tools, and trends.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to drive traffic and conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach.
• Measure and report on social media campaign performance using analytics tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience designing photos and videos for social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
