Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of agency experience to join our dynamic digital marketing agency in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating creative activities within the social media department, managing day-to-day communication with clients, collaborating closely with designers, scheduling posts, community management and conducting influencer research to enhance client social media activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internally to prepare content calendars and ensure timely delivery and posting of scheduled social media content
• Collaborate closely with designers to create visually compelling and on-brand social media content
• Schedule posts across various social media platforms and monitor engagement and performance
• Conduct influencer research and assist in identifying suitable influencers for client partnerships
• Facilitate internal communication within the social media department, ensuring seamless workflow and coordination

Requirements:

• 2+ years of agency experience in social media management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working closely with designers to create engaging social media visuals
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and influencer research
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Being able and willing to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
